Acupuncture

Acupuncture started approximately 3000 years ago and Traditional Chinese Medicine dates back even farther. It uses your body's mechanisms to create an environment to heal.

Expect the first treatment to last 90 minutes and follow up treatments to last 60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing that allows pants to be rolled up to the knee.

Manual Therapy

Traditional Chinese Medicine offers more than just acupuncture. During the treatment and after the needles are removed, a manual therapy is used to help reinforce what the needles have already done.

Cupping, Gua Sha, and Tui Na are the most commonly used techniques. We also use Ear Seed and Intradermal Needles if necessary.

Herbal Prescriptions

Herbals come in various forms such as raw herbs for decoction, tea pills, or external applications. Chinese herbals have been studied and recorded for centuries. They offer an alternative for more natural relief.
